Library computers offer Internet access as well as Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
Alsip-Merrionette Park Library District cardholders may use computers at no charge. Non-residents pay $1 for a guest pass.
The library has 2 Internet Express computers. Both Internet Express computers (located near the first-floor Information Desk) are available to all adults for a single 15-minute session at no charge. (No library card required. Limit 1 session per day.)
The Youth Services Department offers computer access to patrons 17 and under. Three Caregiver Computers are available to adults who are overseeing children ages nine and under. Several Preschool Computers provide access to children's games. Contact Youth Services at 708.371.5666 x 140 for details.
Wi-Fi is available and free! To connect, choose the AMPL Public network and get the password from library staff.
You can print from your laptop or home computer via our WIRELESS PRINTING.

Once you have forwarded your email, enter the prefix of your email address (omit the @ sign and email client) at the print release station to bring up your print job!
Please note: No technical assistance will be provided, but the library offers many books about computers and technology.
