Fit and Strong: Senior Fitness Class by AgeOptions

Thursday, May 16, 2024,  1:30pm -  3:00pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:30 pm-3 pm

Classes begin March 12 and meet twice a week until May 30. 

Fit & Strong uses flexibility and strength training, aerobic walking, and health education to promote healthy habits in older adults. Participants report improved lower extremity strength and improved mobility.
