Want to work on your family tree from home? Ancestry Library no longer offers remote access, but you can still use several genealogy databases: Heritage Hub, Heritage Quest, and Fold 3 by Ancestry -- all on the library's database webpage. Ancestry Library is available within the library building, on our computers or through your own device or laptop. For assistance, contact Adult Services at 708.926.7024.

AMPL cardholders now have several options for getting a suburban museum pass. You may now call for a pass, in addition to visiting in person.

-Most museums are requiring appointments for your visit during this Covid season, so don't forget to check on your institution's current guidelines.

-In addition, passes are still one per family, and available to adult library card holders.

-Please note that our program provides passes to suburban attractions, such as the Brookfield Zoo, the Oak Lawn Children's Museum, Cantigny, and more. The city museums offer some free days, but are not a part of this program.
