Summer Reading Program: Find Your Voice!
Starting June 3rd, register and pick up your first reading log at the Information Desk. Bring the logs back every 5 books for a small prize and a raffle ticket for one of three grand prizes: a journaling basket, a comic creation basket, or a karaoke machine! Last day to turn in logs is July 29th; winners will be drawn the first week of August. Happy reading and good luck!
Comic Book Workshop with Daystorm Studio
Jared and Alicia Day of Daystorm Studios will coach us through creating a mini comic book in this 4 week workshop! We’ll choose a time we used our voice to speak up for ourselves or someone else and immortalize it on paper in comic format. Our last session will be a reading party where we’ll share our work and celebrate (or mourn) the end of summer.
No prior drawing or writing experience required. All materials will be provided. Grades 6-12 are welcome. Registration required; please do your best to attend each session, as they are sequential.

Beyond TAG
First Thursdays at 6 PM: June 1st, July 6th, August 3rd, and September 7th
Beyond TAG is a volunteer group for teens grades 9 and beyond! We’ll meet monthly in the Teen Zone to talk about service hours, suggest ideas for new Teen programming and library materials, then go downstairs to mentor younger TAG members.
Our annual Ice Cream Social will be Friday, May 19th from 5-8 PM! To participate, please fill out and return

Take-Home Self-Care Kits
Available starting Monday May 8th
It’s important to remember to take care of yourself during high-stress times such as finals week. Grab a kit from the Teen Zone and take a break with pre-measured ingredients and instructions to make your own face mask and sugar scrub, plus a few extra goodies. Limit 12
Pride Flags

You’re a unique individual and you’re proud of it. Create a flag that shows who YOU truly are and let it fly! Grades 6-12 are welcome. Limit 24.
Paint Pouring
In-Person Only: Monday, August 14th at 6:30 PM
Back by popular demand! Layer paint in a cup and flip it over a canvas to create an abstract marbled masterpiece. Wear clothes you don’t care about, as this method can be very messy. Limit 12.

No matter what types of games you like to play, we’ve got you covered!
Presentation Party
Saturday July 15th at 1 PM
Brush up on both your improv and presentation skills! We’ll use AI to randomly generate slideshows for everyone to present in 5 minutes or less. Leave your business casual at home: this party is for fun presentations only! Signups required; lunch will be served.
'Who's That Pokémon?” Kahoot Tournament
Saturday August 19th at 1 PM
Think you’re the very best? Guess the Pokémon in this Kahoot tournament to find out! The winner will receive a $50 GameStop gift card. Grades 6-12 welcome. Signups required; lunch will be served.
Casual Game Nights
Thursday, May 18th at 7 PM

Bring your friends for your choice of Switch, Jackbox, or board games! Different games will be available each session. Will it be an old favorite, or a brand new game?
Dungeons & Dragons
